Farmhouse Holiday Series - Gift Wrapping

One thing that I love doing each year is wrapping presents to coordinate with different rooms in our house. It's an easy and inexpensive way to add some decor and something I need to do anyway so it is nice being able to display them instead of finding a closet to stash them away in. (I will admit, though, I have definitely been known to wrap a few empty boxes too to add to the stash - ha, but that works out okay as well because I can use them for several years.) For this post we are excited to be partnering with our sponsor, Minted.

One of my favorite ways to wrap a gift it to do wrap the gift with a pretty gift wrap and then use 2-3 ribbons in different sizes and textures and then add an ornament for the finishing touch. It is simple yet still elegant and adds a personalized touch. And one way to get quite a few ornaments  without spending much money is to buy a garland and then use each ornament individually. For instance I found these wooden stars on a garland with 12 of them. I just cut each one free and then used one on each gift.

For our entryway I wrapped some gifts in this Mandalalala Wrapping Paper  then added a cream ribbon from my stash and then this beautiful Navy Velvet Ribbon and this Linen Shimmer Ribbon for the finishing touch. I loved the pattern on the paper and the luxerious finishes on the ribbon!

For our formal living room I used this beautiful Vintage Glass Ornament Paper  with some cream ribbon I already had and then used the Cement Shimmer Ribbon for a mix of texture. I added some ornaments from Joss and Main and a bit of fresh greenery from outside to finish it off.

Then in our master bedroom I used this adorable Antoillie Wrapping Paper and some more of the Linen Shimmer Ribbon. I love that this paper has both a rustic yet still whimsical feel to it!

And the last space I added gifts to in our new home was our kitchen. In here I went with a  Watercolor Gingham Wrapping Paper and mixed both the Cement Shimmer Ribbon and the Stone Shimmer Ribbon.

Minted has so many gorgeous gift wrap options and so many unique ones that can't be found anywhere else which I love! They even have customizable options! And they have so many beautiful ribbons and tags to add the finishing touch!
